Julius Weis Ritter von Ostborn, Julius von Weis-Ostborn. Financial officer and member of the Graz finance department, was also founder of the Deutscher Akademischer Gesangverein “Gothina’ who gave the first Graz performance, in March 1910 of Das klagende Lied. He was a friend of Gustav Mahler.
