Director

Prof. Thomas Wallentin is an attorney and mediator. An expert in Copyright Law, with a special focus on music, film, and sports law, he has been a member of the IFTA’s (Independent Film & Television Alliance) panel of arbitrators (Los Angeles) for many years. In 2019 he also became a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) (Lausanne) and the Austrian-Chinese legal Society.

He holds degrees in Law from the University of Vienna, and in Commercial Science Studies from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Since his admission to the Bar in Vienna he is a partner in the law firm Kunz Wallentin, which he co-founded. He continously gives lectures at various universities, among them the Vienna University for Music and Performing Arts.
