Friedrich Fritz Lohr (1859-1924) had a house here. He took care of Emma Marie Eleanor Rose-Mahler (1875-1933) and Otto Mahler (1873-1895). He teached them and they were a part of his family.

The Lohr family went to Italy in 09-1890 for one year. Emma Marie Eleanor Rose-Mahler (1875-1933) could not join them.

Gustav Mahler then decided to rent a apartment for Justine (Ernestine) Rose-Mahler (1868-1938)Otto Mahler (1873-1895) and Emma Marie Eleanor Rose-Mahler (1875-1933) in the same building.

Later, in August 1894 Justine (Ernestine) Rose-Mahler (1868-1938) and Emma Marie Eleanor Rose-Mahler (1875-1933) subrented the house of Nina Hoffmann-Matscheko (1844-1914) before they moved to Gustav Mahler in Hamburg.

Justine (Ernestine) Rose-Mahler (1868-1938) continued to keep house for her brother in Hamburg and Vienna until both married in march Year 1902.

Demolished.
