The Mahrisches Tagblatt was a German-language newspaper, published in Olomouc in 1880-1945. Publisher was the German-speaking Jewish entrepreneur Josef Groák. Then Hugo Groák, who published Mährisches Tagblatt until 1939, took over the helm. Hugo Groák was arrested on 1 September 1939 and died on 18 November 1942 in Terezín.
