The house of businessman Ignaz Frank (1839) and Anna Frank (1838-1898). Anna Frank is the sister of Marie Mahler-Herrmann (1837-1889) (Gustav Mahler’s mother). Here Gustav Mahler was occasionally joined by his cousin Gustav Frank (1859-1923), Theodor Fischer (1859-1934) and Emil Freund (1858-1928). Later, when the widow Anna Herrmann-Frank moved to nearby Pavlovic, the friends also met each other here.
